Invite request script

Welcome to the Script-o-matic.net invite request script. You're probably here to grab yourself an invite to the private forum we've setup. (HERE) However, you have to answer a few questions first in order to be in with a chance to gain access to the forum. Each applicant with be manually processed and determined suitable/not suitable to access the boards.

If successful, you will receive an email explaining you have been accepted - followed by another email containing your very own invite code. If you're application has been declined, you will only recieve one email explaining why your application has been declined.

Please ensure you fill out the correct email address, as this is crucial for receiving your invite. Time-wasters will be ignored.
